Chevo  

Chevo is our right-hand man who brings more than 40 years of experience working in coffee.  He is one of the most dedicated and hardest working person you will ever find.  He takes great pride in his labor and helping us produce some of the finest coffee in Costa Rica.  Working in coffee farms and Wet Mills since he was very young allowed him to gain a wide range of skills and knowledge about the coffee process.  Although his life has been about coffee, he had never tasted a cup of coffee grown and nurtured with his own hands, every farm where he worked before, sold the fruit to bigger mills.  This picture captures the emotional moment when Chevo tasted HIS own coffee; we were blessed to share this special occasion with him.
